#45 comic is in lovely condition with some expected signs of age and use.
There are some small signs of wear/creasing to the edges/corners of the front and back corners, with one or two tiny little tears. The top of the back cover shows a little more wear than the front. There are some areas of age/use related marks and yellowing, some of which continues onto the inner pages. The original owner's name is written on the front cover, but there are no further signs of pen/pencil on the inner pages.
