Shipping:

Shopify shipping has always been a bit difficult to accurately figure out, so if you have any questions about delivery costs to your location feel free to send me a message on any of the available platforms (through the site, the facebook page, or either instagram accounts) with the items you are interested in, and I will be able to confirm the shipping cost or correct it specifically for your location.

Shipping is based on the combined weight of your basket. There is a large selection of shipping rates I've created to try and ensure the shipping cost is as close to accurate as it can be. If I discover the shipping to have cost less than paid, I will do my best to refund the excess!

Please get in touch if, when it comes to checking out, it claims we do not ship to your location. I have experienced this error once or twice, even though shipping is set to global and domestic locations. I will try my best to resolve this issue should it reoccur, as I would hate for you to miss out on the items you want! Currently I don't ship to Germany or Russia, but please keep an eye out for updates!

 

UK addresses: 

I always ship via Royal Mail using the 2nd Signed For method as standard to ensure sent items can be tracked at all times. 

It is £4.69 for a small 2nd class signed parcel. Please note that multiple purchases may lead to an a medium sized parcel, which will cost higher for a Signed For service. Shipping could become more expensive should your parcel be heavier than 2kg. 

 

International addresses:

Items shall always be shipping with tracking, allowing both parties to observe the status of the parcel at all times. This could become expensive should the weight of the parcel increase. 

IMPORTANT:  Please note that customs charges are out of my control. 

 

Posting: 

I live in the middle of the Scottish countryside so sadly can no longer simply walk down to the local post office a few days a week. I will do my best to get your parcel sent within 4 working days.

Once your items have been sent out to you, you shall receive your tracking information!
