This little lad is looking for his forever home!
I suspect he once held onto something, or was made with the intention of being something along the lines of a pencil topper. Unfortunately, I am not too sure. He does have various marks on his body, some of which I do not believe would be easily removed as they appear to be stains in the plastic. But I do believe a deeper clean would see a big improvement to his overall condition.
He stands at 4 inches tall, hair not included in the measurement.
