#62 comic is in lovely condition with some expected signs of age and use.
There are some creases here and there to the covers, primarily towards the corners and edges of the paper. The top and bottom of the covers, and slightly to the inner pages, show a little bit of crinkling. There are some age related marks including some yellowing, and some speckling towards the edges of the paper. A bit of yellowing and creasing continues onto the inner pages. The original owner's name is on the front cover, but I see no further pen/pencil inside.
