The book is in nice condition with a bit of expected wear from age, storage, and use.
There are some creases, tears, and some light marks here and there from age and use. Some edges show a bit of wear, and the staples seem to have rusted a little to leave some marks to the spine, and some of the pages inside. There are signs of previous folds to both the front and back covers which have flattened out over time. The inner pages show some marks from age and use.
