#23 comic is in nice condition with some expected signs of age and use. Since photographing the front cover, much of the yellow marks to the top right corner has been removed, but has some residue.
There are marks here and there to both the front and back covers, including some yellowing, speckling, and marks from possible water damage. There are also small tears in these areas, and some creasing/wear to covers. The top of the back cover shows marks, creasing, and tiny tears. Some of these marks, and creases, continue throughout the inner pages. The original owner's name is on the top of the front cover, but I see no further evidence of pen/pencil inside the comic.
