#52 comic is in lovely condition with some expected signs of age and use.
There are age and use related marks present, particularly to the bottom (front and back cover) where there is yellowing and crinkling of the paper. There are a few small tears in places, the most obvious of which is to the right edge of the cover. This does lie flat, so isn't immediately noticeable. There are some areas of slight creasing here and there, purely from use in its past. The original owner's name is on the front, but I see no further evidence of pen/pencil inside.
