#37 comic is in lovely condition with some expected signs of age and use.
There are numerous age and use related marks to the front of the comic, particularly towards the edges. There is yellowing, speckling, and other marks to both the front and back covers, perhaps some slight water damage, but I cannot be certain. The bottom edge/corners of the front and back show a bit of creasing. The marks/creasing is present on the inner pages. The original owners name is on the front page, but I see no further evidence of pen/pencil inside the comic.
