#169 comic is in lovely condition with some expected signs of age and use.
There are some creases here and there and very slight crinkling to the top and bottom edges of the covers. There are some small areas of yellowing/discolouration from age and use, but these are quite minimal. The original owner's name is on a label on the front cover, but I would not suggest this be removed in case it tears the page. There are no further signs of pen/pencil inside.
